Throughout her 15 year career, she has been employed at several hospitals including the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre as a clinician and a researcher including the following services :
Living with the uncertainty of a chronic medical condition- Understanding the impact of physical health issues on relationships
- Using psychological and behavioural strategies to assist with symptoms such as fatigue, sleep and pain associated with a medical condition
- Understanding the psychological factors associated with elevated genetic risk for health problems (e.g. breast cancer)
- Adjusting to life after cancer treatment, including fear of recurrence
- Supporting family members of those who have a chronic physical condition
